    Twitter is a human seismograph

"Twitter represents a collective collaboration that manifests our ability to unconsciously connect kindred voices through the experiences that move us. As such, Twitter is a human seismograph."

Twitter is real time glances into what people are thinking, what they get off on, what's new, what's hot, what's coming on stream and much more. Following people like Brian Solis keeps you informed, as do political commentators like Jack Krugman of the New York Times. Its wise to have a range of points of view from people you are following.

Brian, your comments express in a similar way my sense of the zeitgeist that Twitter serves: I perceive Twitter as a channel for the human mind-stream, the collective unconscious, driven by a desire for freedom from repression and a need for bonding of the family of humanity.
